Associate
Hybrid; Princeton, NJ
Associates participate in a structured, one-year program designed to provide broad exposure to AVP Holdings’ investment management platform. Associates rotate across multiple functions, including Investment Research, Portfolio Construction, Portfolio Monitoring, and Risk Management & Compliance, gaining hands-on experience with the firm’s investment process. Upon successful completion of the program, Associates may choose which department they'd like to join full-time.
The program emphasizes analytical rigor, financial modeling, research, and cross-functional collaboration. Rotational Associates develop a strong foundation in how institutional investment decisions are evaluated, implemented, and overseen across AVP-sponsored investment vehicles.
Generalist
Hybrid; Princeton, NJ
Generalists support multiple investment-related functions across AVP Holdings, contributing to research, analysis, portfolio support, and operational initiatives. This entry-level role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are capable of working across disciplines within an investment management platform.
Generalists collaborate with all AVP Holdings' teams, providing analytical and execution support while developing a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s investment operations.
Internship Program
Hybrid; Princeton, NJ
The AVP Holdings Internship Program offers students the opportunity to gain exposure to the firm’s investment management activities through hands-on analytical and research-focused work. Interns contribute to live projects across research, portfolio support, and operational functions.
Interns work alongside investment professionals to develop practical skills in financial analysis, market research, and investment operations, while gaining insight into how institutional investment platforms operate across asset classes.
